Can I exclude the realtor's commissions from my home sales capital gains if employer paid for it as income in W2?

I relocated for a job in 2021. My company paid for relocation benefits including realtor's commission for sale of primary residence but the reimbursement for the commission was included in my wages in W2 box 1 as regular income. Can I exclude the realtor's commission from my home sales capital gains?

No, If your company paid your real estate commissions, and the grossed up your income, that should have covered any additional income tax you had to pay. Since your company paid the commissions, you cannot deduct them - you didn't pay them
