No, you cannot e-file a 2014 tax return.  TurboTax does not support tax year 2014.  A 2014 tax return can only be printed and mailed, it cannot be e-filed.

A tax refund for tax year 2014 will no longer be paid.  The time to file a 2014 tax return for a tax refund has expired.  The 2014 return for a tax refund had to be filed on or before April 15, 2018 or if an extension for 2014 was submitted then the return had to be filed on or before October 15, 2018.

If taxes are owed on the 2014 tax return then the tax return can be filed at any time.
