TurboTax can say there is a "zip code" error even if it's actually something else wrong with the address such as the city or state, or even the street address.
Verify that you are using the correct city with correct spelling. And be sure you are choosing the correct state abbreviation. In a dropdown menu it's easy to choose the wrong one.
Look up the official address styling for the payer at the USPS website and verify the zip code there.
you do not need any "additional" payer info to e-file. delete all additional info - TIN, address
