Yes, you can file a tax return for 2022 but you will not be able to prepare it using TurboTax online.  You will need to download the software and prepare your 2022 tax return using the desktop program.

You can only use the online software to prepare your 2023 return. 

Please note each year and the tax documents that relate to each year must match the corresponding tax return filed.  For example, your 2023 tax documents will be reported on your 2023 income tax return.  Your 2022 tax documents will be reported on your 2022 income tax return.
