If you think you were charged incorrectly, you can speak to TurboTax Support, and plead your case to see if you can convince them that something was wrong with your fees. It may not be an easy sell though, depending on what the fee problem is. Commonly they will say that proceeding to pay and file implies agreement with the fees. Have you already paid and filed?
