Can I disagree with statement to deny e-fine eligibility?

Claim is that fed and state w/holding amts are the same on 2 1099-R.  That is incorrect.  I corrected that last year.  Who can I talk to?

TurboTax is saying that you have the same withholding amounts in two 1099-Rs.  You indicate this is not correct.  Have you verified the information entered into TurboTax on these two 1099-Rs?  If you cannot get rid of the error, you will need to try deleting the two 1099-Rs in question, and then re-enter each of them to clear the error out.    

I am not sure what you mean by "I corrected that last year".   The only information that would be carried forward from last year would be the name of the payer none of the amounts are carried forward.  Last year's 1099-Rs would not have anything to do with this year's 1099-R.
