If you e-filed an extension request, Form 4868, it cannot be cancelled.

That's Okay.  

• The IRS has granted you an extension.
• You can choose to use it or not.
• You can file your return and forget about it.
• Or, you can do nothing and let it lapse.
• There is no way to remove it.
