If these were installed on your personal residence, they're not deductible.  Instead, the cost is added to the cost basis of your home when you sell it, so you should keep all the receipts and invoices with your personal records.

You may be able to take an energy credit for your new hot water boiler, if it has an annual fuel utilization rate of at least 95. Go to the Home Energy Credits section under Your Home
