Can I continue with the form without putting state and zip code in My Info? I didn't live in the US in 2019, so I have nothing to put in.

I am not able to continue past step 3 under 'File.' It takes me to a page that says that I'm missing state and zip code information under My Info, but I put myself down as living in a foreign country, since I do live in a foreign country. I have also tried two different browsers without success. I'm not sure how to move forward.

You need to change the address type to Foreign in the My Info section..
