Can I complete return online without a ITIN/SSN for spouse?

I have to file form W-7 as my spouse does not yet have an ITIN or SSN. I would like to finish the return online, print, attach W-7, and send via mail. It would take the legwork out of trying to figure out a tax form on my own.

Yes, you can still complete entering your information and preparing your tax forms in TurboTax online program.  However, without a SSN or an ITIN, you cannot e-file your tax return with TurboTax.  You can still use the program to prepare the tax forms including form 1040, but you will need to print.  Then attach the form 1040 to the Form W-7 for ITIN application with the required documentation and mail them together to the designated IRS location at Austin TX ( From instructions of Form W-7).   https://www.irs.gov/Individuals/General-ITIN-Information
