Can I claim Parents living in Mexico as dependent

My parents live in Mexico, they don’t work and I pay 100% of their expenses

if I get an ITIN for them can you get some credit if I declare them as dependents?

Yes, if you can get an ITIN for them then you can claim them as dependents. But only with the ITIN.
