Can I claim my undocumented parents under my taxes they have a text ID number and I want to file a head of household?

Can you please clarify what you mean by "text ID number".

To claim your parents as dependents, they must have either a Social Security number (SSN) or an Individual taxpayer identification number (ITIN).

You cannot file as Head of Household if you cannot claim a dependent.
