my brothers and mom live outside the United States and I was wondering if I can claim them on my taxes.
I send them money frequently.
they down have any US Id nor social security cards.
You'll need to sign in or create an account to connect with an expert.
Unless your relatives are residents of Canada or Mexico, you cannot claim them as your dependent if the are not US citizens or resident aliens.
even then they would need ITIN's or SSN's to be taken as dependents.
