Can I claim arrear child support payments for my adult son? Can I claim back disability payments for my adult daughter?

I'm a part time delivery driver and my adult disabled daughter's payee that I received monthly checks and I've gotten 2 back lump payments checks.? Plus I'm received monthly arrear child support payment for my adult son. Can I claim those payments?

No. Child support payments are not reported as income or deductible as an expense. 

You say you are the payee for your daughter's disability. This means you are receiving this money on her behalf, but it is not your income. the 1099-SSA you received should show her social security number and not yours.
