Can I claim a write off on a work certification course for my field that I have been paying monthly percentages of my salary as repayment of the course?

I enrolled in an education/certification course last year and instead of up front tuition I make monthly installments (a salary based percentage) to repay my tuition/enrollment. Caveat the company/group I use does not provide any tax information or forms for my receipt. Can I write this off?

No.  Job expenses, including education have not been deductible, since 2017.
