Can I change the account I receive my refund in? I'm having issues accessing the account I chose when I filed?

I originally chose my credit karma money spend account but have not been able to access this account. Can I change it to my other checking account on file? My refund has been accepted but not yet approved.

@stephanie-lanee27 for security and to prevent fraud, once you file your tax return, the IRS does not permit changes to the direct deposit information.  If the money is refused by the financial institution, the IRS will sent you a paper check.
