Can I change from Deluxe Produt to Easy Free Product if I already started filling out the Deluxe Product?

Can I change from Deluxe Produt to Easy Free Product if I already started filling out the Deluxe Product?

Yes, you can if you can complete your tax return using the Free product.

 

Visit the link below and see if you qualify. If you do, just click Let's get started and log into your TurboTax account.

If you don't qualify, you can Clear & Start over and select the Free Basic version instead. Here is how to do that:

 

In order to clear your return and select a different TurboTax version follow these steps:
 
    1. Sign in and select Continue my return
    2. Select My account in the lower left corner and click on Clear and Start Over.
    3. You will be asked if you are sure you want to clear you return? If you want to clear your return click Yes this will start your tax process all over.
    4. Start a new return with the Free edition of TurboTax selected.
