No.  The Freedom Edition does NOT support Form 1099-B (Proceeds from Broker Transactions).  You will need TurboTax Online Premium Edition or above or any of the TurboTax CD/Download products.

I was able to get a $32 1099-B entered into Freedom Edition after it initially indicated during review, that there was a form preventing me from using Freedom Edition.
