Can CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCK MORE? 7 CALLS, HUNG UP ON, ASKED FOR ESCALATION MORE THAN 5 TIMES... WTF?! NOBODY WANTS AI TO ANSWER. i KNOW THE PRODUCT

NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO ASK THAT MANY TIMES. CAN'T UNDERSTAND AGENT AND MENTIONED IT SO MANY TIMES, ASKED FOR SOMEONE ELSE, HE HUNG UP. NO ESCALATION RULES? YEAH, I DON'T THINK SO, I KNOW WHAT YOU USE...IMPROPERLY CLEARLY. I WAS OVERCHARGED. F U

I recommend calling tomorrow if you have an issue with your TurboTax fees as the call volume is high on the tax filing date.
