Enter your 1095-A exactly as issued in Deductions & Credits > Medical > Affordable Care Act. Don't enter any 0's where there are blanks on your 1095-A, just leave those fields blank.
Then in the Medical Expenses interview, enter the amount of out-of-pocket medical insurance premiums you paid. Towards the end of the section, you're asked it you received any Reimbursements. You can enter the amount you were reimbursed by your HRA there.
