Can anyone help me understand what ''Desc- Non 1099-MISC" means?

It looks like the person that you sent you this form had a problem with their printer which caused all of the words to mix up.  

Desc- Non 1099-MISC" means?

The "Desc" means description.

"Non" is short for Non-employee

"Misc" means Miscellaneous.

So what you have is a 1099-Misc that was issued to you because you are not an employee of the business that issued it to you.

You enter a 1099-Misc in the 1099 section of TurboTax.  After you enter a 1099-Misc it will prompt you to start a Schedule C so you can try to deduct any expenses you have that are related to the income.
