Can anyone give me an update on when the glitch with state tax reporting form will be fixed?

The program does not allow me to input the state abbr in the block 15a block. I contacted turbo tax expert on phone and was informed it is a known glitch they are working on over a week ago and there is no fix as of today.

I'm using Turbo Tax Premier. I just finished with Federal and went to State. There's a "glitch" Can not get State to function. Next 'let down load and install I tap on OK Block Then continue. It states state software updated takes me back to start over
