Can a service charge be considered a commission in real estate?

I sold a home with OpenDoor and in lieu of stating commission, their paper work stated Service Charge in the initial offer.  Later on their paperwork states "OpenDoor Experience and Market Risk Charge" for the same item.  I was going to enter this as a expense in selling my home but did not know if I should enter in the commission line item?
