California state tax

Hello support, 

I bought california state tax online and paid $39.99 in full. I got confirmation TTDCRTA133934799 and downloaded into my computer. But when the software is installed up to dated, it can not be run number for state tax. Could you check and explain how to fix the issue.

What can't it do?  Was California a different state than your first free state?  Is this a different computer than where you first installed the federal program?

problem solved. 

I downloaded CA state tax after I logged in Turbo tax account. 

It worked! The state tax started run numbers.
