California State Tax (Filing Part Year Resident)

I was a part-year resident in California for 2024 till March.

Since then I moved abroad and permanently left the USA, hence making me a non-resident for the rest of the year.

For 2024, I am to receive a refund on my California State taxes and have the following questions:

1. Can I efile on Turbotax Desktop without a bank account?

2. Will FTB/California state send me a check for the refund, to my international address?

While the FTB cannot directly deposit your refund into a foreign bank account, they can mail a check to your international address.
