California Estimated Tax

I need to pay estimated tax.  My return does not include vouchers or information re the CA estimated tax.

It depends.

Estimated tax payment vouchers are only generated if they are needed to avoid an underpayment penalty but are based upon your input in the current year.

If your tax situation has changed for 2021, you will need to update your information to ensure the estimated tax payment vouchers are generated as needed.

Estimated state tax payment vouchers

The program will ask you questions under the area Other tax situations.  If you are not asked for any changes, be sure to select the section titled Estimated and Local Income Tax as shown in the example below to adjust your income for 2021 and generate any applicable state estimated tax payment vouchers.

Thanks for the info, but how to I get back to the program to make the request for estimated tax information?
