Yes I understand what the page says but I’m unsure if that means I qualify or not, im not sure if I had to make at least a $1

Did you file a 2020 tax return?   What is on the line for your CA Adjusted Gross Income?

For your CA AGI, go to:

• Line 17 on your 2020 Form 540
• Line 16 on your 2020 Form 540 2EZ

My AGI was $0 because I made $0 in 2020 I filed so I would get the stimulus check in 2021

READ the information the state put out  ... note it say $ of income OR LESS so zero is obviously less than any amount on the chart.  At no point is a minimum income required.

Will TurboTax automatedly update my bank information if its different from 2020

@Jameciadavis3 No TurboTax does not automatically update your banking information with the IRS or state.   The only way to change your banking information with the IRS or state is to file a tax return that includes your banking information.   There is no other time when TT sends your banking information to the IRS or state.
