You must change to the "Forms" view.  Then it is listed underneath the Form 540 for California forms.

To get to the Form 540ES, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Open your return.
  2. Edit your California return.
  3. On the page, Your 2021 California taxes are ready to check, click Edit next to Other Situations.
  4. Click Start next to Estimated Taxes for Next Year.
  5. Answer Yes to the question Do you want to pay California Estimated Taxes for 2022? 
  6. Follow the on-screen instructions.
