I received a letter stating I overpaid my 941 taxes and that I refund was due to me. After calling in I was told my refund would be mailed on Oct-10. My refund has since been mailed and I’m actively looking for it.
My question is would my business refund check look the same as a personal refund check, or is there something I need to look for so I don’t mistakenly toss it out.

There are images online of real (redacted) refund checks.
And I think I saw the IRS is mailing them in plain brown envelopes.
Thanks for the answer, but is there any information on what kind of envelope it would be in.

Agreed in terms of this being the best course of action and I fail to comprehend the difficulty in doing so (or reluctance).
