Why does our crazy tax system make us buy this buggy software every year?  I scanned my W2 and wages were recorded in the taxable tips box.  I was half way through my taxes and the program crashed.  I had to re-enter everything.  Please contact your representative and senators and demand a free federal system that actually works.
