Bug Report

The inability to send a bug report to Intuit is troubling, so I guess my best option is to do so right here.

I'm using TurBotax 2025 Premiere for Windows, build 025.000.0270

1. When starting aa new return there are 5 supurious W2 forms created. This seems to be test data that was inadvertently left in. The sum total income on these W2s is trivial, but the contain nearly $5,000 in withholding tax, The result is that from the outset you have a highly skewed view of your tax exposure.

2. There is a problem relating to Required Minimum Dispersals for retirement accounts. This build does not reconcile the RMD amount you entered with the actual dispersals that have been made. Rather, it proceeds as if no dispersals have been made and adds tax and penalties on the RMD amount. This makes it impossible to file an accurate return
