Bug in Latest Update?

I just downloaded the latest updates to my TT Home and Business 2021 for Mac. Immediately prior, my taxes were complete, ready for submission, and I had no errors. Now, I have all types of errors I cannot fix. 

 

First, on my mailing and home address in the Personal Info Section, my address is entered as a US address with city/state/zip code info and there was no issue prior to the update. However, now it is being shown as 'City, Other Country'. This is being reflected in my 1040 and supporting worksheets which have my address. I think this is triggering new forms such as 5329 and 8606, requiring me to enter country codes that are not applicable. 

 

I have updated my address in Personal info several times after this update and it won't get fixed. I have gone as far as to create a new return and it is still having this issue.
