box marked by mistake

The box marked 'received interest payments from a seller-financed mortgage' is already checked but I did not sell anything or receive any interest payments. How can I remove this check? I tried clicking on it, but it won't go away.

Yes you can clear the Seller-Financed mortgage from your return

This will be a 2 step process

 Select Tax Tools

• This is on the left sidebar
• You may have to minimize the Federal and State options
• You also may have to scroll down on that menu

1. Once you can work on Tax Tools
2. On the drop-down select Tools
3. There will be 3 or 4 green boxes
4. Select Topics Search
5. Type the form number or a topic.
6. Seller Financed
7. The record will pop up
8. Select the trash can delete option

Repeat the same process

1. Type the form number or a topic.
2. Seller Financed
3. A different screen will come up.
4. Any Seller-Financed Loans?
5. Answer NO on this screen.
