BOX D WILL NOT ACCEPT MY INFORMATION

Is it frozen on the screen?  Do you get an error message?  Can you enter any data in Box D at all?  Please provide more details so we can assist you further.  You can post here in the thread and someone will reach out with the next steps.

I am entering it exactly how it reads on my W2 form and it keeps telling me make sure that you're entering the information correctly I have mission correctly I have done at least 5 to 10 times and it will not let me continue

ignore box D it is not used for anything regarding your filed return - so delete any entry

Delete the W-2 and re-enter manually.  Leave Box D blank (empty)
