Box 20 is blank on my W2, yet it keeps coming up as needing to review/missing. What am I supposed to enter in the "box 20 Locality" box?

To clarify, do you have anything listed in Box 19 on your W-2?

Don't enter anything in boxes 18, 19, and 20. It is not uncommon for companies to print the wages in box 18 whether or not any tax was withheld (box 19) or sent to a local government (box 20).

Because TurboTax has to be sure that you meant to leave box 20 blank, it flags it in this case.
