Box 12 Code S Loop "Needs Review" and "Should not be greater than value in box 12"

I am trying to file my tax return and it keeps taking me back to the "Needs Review" section, and when I click "review" it says "Form W-2: Box 12 code S - Should not be greater than the value in box 12 with Code S for this W-2.  The amount in both boxes is 1123.31.  No matter what I do it keeps looping to this. I cleared EVERYTHING on turbo tax, then I cleared cookies and cache, and it is still looping. What do we do? It's recommending we file via mail but I'd rather just start using a different tax software if that's the only option.
