Box 10a and 10b are blank on my form so I tried to leave it blank on here but it’s not letting me file it says I have to input something

We don't know where "here" is. We can't see your screen. Are you talking about Form 1099-G? Is there anything in box 11? If box 11 is zero, leave boxes 10a, 10b, and 11 blank in TurboTax. Do not enter the zero. If box 11 has an amount other than zero, boxes 10a and 10b have to be filled in. If they're not, your 1099-G is not filled out correctly.

If you're talking about a different form, you have to tell us what form it is.
