Bought Turbo Tax but did not download. I do not know what I did wrong.

I bought Turbo Tax as I did last year but it did not download and I do not know what I did wrong.  I paid over $90 dollars because I thought I was getting the better for me and my family.  I am only going to do 4 returns and I only got to do one.  My Order number is TTWQP1A34801595.  Please help me out.  Thank you.

I do want to let you know i looked up that order number. That order number states the return was done online and not through the software. If you have any questions on the order or the fees you are more than welcome to contact Customer Support:

Once the Software is purchased:

In order to download the product purchased go through these steps:

• My Account
• Account Settings
• "Edit" to the right of Billing and Shipping
• At this point a pop up screen will appear. Click on Downloads and Unlocks
• You should see TurboTax 2016 Version here. Click on it to download

I do not see the 2016. I only see past years.

What you purchased was the online version and not the software version. I linked the customer support faq because you really need to contact them on this matter!
