Hello;
I need some help to figure out my options. I'm on a Mac that can only run Mac OS 12.6 as it's final version (I cannot upgrade it to Version 13 and higher). The new version of TurboTax sadly requires Version 13 and higher. I wasn't aware of this limitation when I bought it. (bought a digital download version on Amazon)
At this point, I cannot upgrade my mac. Can I activate this software and then run the online version of it? Is that possible? I've never used the online version. Can I upload my previous year's tax into it from my mac? I'm hoping this option is available to me. I don't think I have the option to get a refund, so kinda stuck.
Appreciate any help or suggestions.
Nancy

Sorry--you cannot use the license key to pay for using online TurboTax. Seek a refund for the desktop software, and then use online software, since your OS does not meet the system requirements for desktop this year.
To request a refund from TT ; https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/forms/refund-request.jsp
That link is not opening a refund form.. going straight to https://ttlc.intuit.com/turbotax-support/en-us
Can you provide a more accurate link please?
