Blank Screen

Hi, I'm using the desktop version 2022 Premier on MAC, the w-2 screen is blank. No way to import or manually enter it. I have tried (1) Updated to the latest version (2) Reinstall and reopen but none of these working.

Any idea how to fix this?

    You need to contact TurboTax support for assistance with this issue when using one of the TurboTax Mac desktop editions.
