1. When I go to enter Deductions & Credits I get a blank screen.

For TurboTax Online, sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies.  If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software, please check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

If the above does not resolve the issue, please reply to this thread and let us know which TurboTax version you're using.

Turbotax Desktop Deluxe. When I try to enter SSA-1099 Income, I click 'update', the next screen is blank.

I too am having problems with blank screens. After I click on "walk me thru everything" then click on update W-2 info it brings me to a blank screen. I have checked to make sure that Pop-ups are allowed, so I'm at a loss what else it could be... any ideas as to how to resolve this blank issue?

Hi, I completed my taxes in Turbo tax, and when asked to agree to share my information for other services, I declined.  Now I can't file my taxes, whenever I hit "file" my screen goes blank.  I tried in different browsers, I cleared my data and cookies. noting. I am in Turbotax Premier 2021.

Using TurboTax Online. After the Final Review, the screen is blank. The File screen is blank too. Tried on Linux with FF, Mac with Safari and Windows with Chrome.  Results are the same. Blank screen. How can I correct this so I can file my taxes?

I am having this exact same issue.  I have even tried from a total different computer and still the same blank  page when you get to either review or start the steps to file.  I am assuming it is a turbotax issue.  I have tried clearing the cookies and cache and that didn't help.  I also totally restarted my computer and still getting a blank screen.  I am doing my kids' returns and I get it on both of theirs as well as on mine

Same issue when clicking review right before finalized. Signed out of account. Cleared cookies and cache, but problem persists. Even tried it on a different browser. Same thing.

Hi, I've done all of the suggested fixes, and I'm still getting a blank screen during a portion of the state tax filing. I can't complete my taxes without getting through that portion. As I've tried everything on my end, and many other people are reporting this problem within the last hour, I'm assuming the issue is on TurboTax's end?

I am using the Turbo tax. I have also tried to do state taxes on my iPhone, iPad, and laptop. I have gotten a blank screen on all of them. 1/24/2023 I was able to sign but California wasn’t accepting until the 26th. Since that day I cannot sign my state return.
