  1. When I go to enter Deductions & Credits I get a blank screen.

    For TurboTax Online, sign out of your account and clear your browser's cache and cookies.  If you're using the TurboTax CD/Download software, please check for updates or update manually using the steps listed here.

    Turbotax Desktop Deluxe. When I try to enter SSA-1099 Income, I click 'update', the next screen is blank.

    Have you followed the instructions above to clear cache as well as update your software @jm144324 ?

    Same issue when clicking review right before finalized. Signed out of account. Cleared cookies and cache, but problem persists. Even tried it on a different browser. Same thing.

    Hi, I completed my taxes in Turbo tax, paid for the products and when asked to agree to share my information for other services, I declined.  Now I can't file my taxes, whenever I hit "file" my screen went blank.  I tried in different browsers, I cleared my data and cookies and restarted my computer and still nothing.  Please advise or at the least refund me and I will use another.
