Blank Fields

I have 2023 TurboTax Premier CD loaded on my desktop. Most of the fields for entering deductions and credits are blank. Have I somehow installed this incorrectly?

Are you using the TurboTax 2023 desktop editions for Windows?

If so, try this procedure -

Save your tax return and close the TurboTax program.

Right click on the TurboTax icon

Click on Properties

Click on the Compatibility tab

Check the box Run this program as an administrator

Click on Apply and OK

Start the TurboTax program again and see if the problem persists.
