Been homeless /unable to keep up with all the addresses that I've used in the last couple of years/ unable to confirm my identity. what can I do to get a stimulus check?

I finally have a permanent home but  
i wasntt financially stable enough to even try filing for those years.

If I could.just get my hands on a single check it would make a huge difference in my future and in my new home.

Ive tried filing 20/20 since I had no income that year but I received a different error message from the IRS and I cannot remember what address I was at at the time.

The IRS is no longer sending out stimulus checks. You will have to file a return to get the money. It will be added to your refund.

You can file a tax return and get a refund with no income.

You can use IRS fill-in forms to file a return.
