How come a person should use a service not even able to get accredited by the Better Business Bureau?

    The really big tax preparation software/service providers are not accredited by BBB.

    H&R Block is also not accredited. 

     

    If you want an accredited provider try Jackson Hewitt or TaxSlayer and other.

    Go to this IRS website for all the tax preparation software vendors offering Free Filing - https://apps.irs.gov/app/freeFile/browse-all-offers/

      People think BBB is a public service.  It is not.  It is something a company pays big bucks to belong to.  TurboTax and HR Block do not participate.
