AWFUL experience, tricked into expensive Expert mode

I was also somehow tricked into Expert assist, after over a decade of easily selecting the DIY options. There are many other users also pointing out frustration with the same issue in their posts.

Some posts/responses indicate one could downgrade if they have not used the Expert (which I have not), but the downgrade has DIY option grayed out so it's not selectable.

Other posts/responses indicate one could clear everything out, and restart. For me, this would be after over 3 hours of working on my taxes (!!). However, other users have responded that even after clearing everything out, they were still unable to get to DIY mode. So is the best that Turbotax can offer is to risk wiping out all my work on the chance that the change "might" work??

Very frustrating Turbotax! This will be my last year using your product.
