I have an automated payment scheduled for tomorrow for my turbotax bill. Is there any way to push this one week as it will pit me into the negative.

It may be too late since they start that debit process a couple of days in advance. But phone them NOW at the number below. If it turns out they can't stop it and you end up with an overdraft fee, there is a process to appeal that to TurboTax to recover the overdraft fee. We can explain that process if it happens to you.
They say:
If you’re in need of assistance, call us by the Tuesday prior to your debit date at 1-888-808-1723 to speak with a trained specialist and mention “auto-debit”, or visit TurboTax Support.
