It sounds as though your Credit Karma and TurboTax accounts may not be properly linked.
Credit Karma and TurboTax are separate products, and each requires a separate account. You can’t use your TurboTax login information to sign in to Credit Karma and vice versa.
If you have existing accounts with both TurboTax and Credit Karma, see the Credit Karma Help article Linking your TurboTax account to Credit Karma for guidance in linking your accounts. If you don't yet have a Credit Karma account and need to create one, see their Create your account page.
If this doesn't properly resolve your issue, you might try querying Credit Karma's Help Center.
Thank you so much for your response . I figured out how to remedy the issue . I temporarily disabled my 2 step authentication to bypass the verification . Doing that I was successfully able to file taxes and apply for a refund . I hope this helps anyone with the same issue
