Attach copy of documentation

In order to claim an Arkansas Tax Credit, I file AR1000TC.

In the AR1000TC form, the instructions state "A copy of the tax credit certificate(s) or appropriate documentation associated with the tax credit(s) claimed must be attached to AR1000TC"

Is it possible to attach this documentation to my TT so I can e-file?  Or am I forced to paper file?

I have the Desktop version of TT Home & Business.

TurboTax supports and the state will accept an e-filed AR1000TC

Yes, I understand that but I need to file a *copy* of the Certificate with my taxes.  How do I attach that copy (e.g. PDF or image file)?

There is (of course) an additional complication in that my tax credit states it can only be used to offset 50% of my Arkansas income tax liability.  

Right now, TT is allowing me to take all of tax credit, not 50% of my liability.

You cannot attach any document to an e-filed tax return.

If you must attach a document then you will have to print and mail the tax return.
