Multi year user of TT Premiere. Started Assist for 2024. How do I get out of startup and sign up for TT Premiere? Will use 'expert' for two special issues when I get to that point.

You might be confusing the names of the software versions. When you use online TurboTax you can choose Deluxe or Premium -- or the "Live" versions of those.
With desktop download software, you can choose Deluxe or Premier -- or Home and Business.
Premium and Premier have very similar names---be careful. Do you plan to use online or desktop?

Thanks for your reply. Yes, think I'm in the wrong product. Since I have started online, can I download desktop and online entries go away, or must I 'cancel'?
Will need tax advice in just one section. I can go to 'tax advice' when I get to that section?
