As long as both forms report their share of income, you are fine. The address doesn't really matter. You should report both forms as they are. The address on your tax return is for correspondence purposes, and it does not get checked against your W-2 forms.
If you have two W-2 forms reporting the same income (if you had the same employer) you should ask the employer to correct it.
